If you smell gas, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999. Once the immediate situation has been made safe, contact James to arrange further investigation or repair work.
2. On-site detection
James will use suitable detection and pressure-testing equipment to locate the defect and identify the work required.
3. Repair, test and report
The repair will be completed using appropriate parts before the system is tested and safely recommissioned.
